Reporting a problem
Email us with the app name and version (Settings / About screen), your device and OS version, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Till the End — how is the countdown calculated?
From WHO / UN life tables for your country and year of birth (month, day and sex are optional). Everything runs on your device. It is a statistical average, not a prediction, and not medical advice.
Till the End — how do I add a widget?
Android: long-press the home screen → Widgets → Till the End. iPhone: long-press the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Till the End.
Till the End — what data do you collect?
None on our side. There is no account and no analytics; your profile stays on the phone. The optional weather widget sends your city to Open-Meteo, and only if you enable it. Details in the privacy policy.
Tiny Strings Radio — the stream will not start
Check that you are online and try switching stations once. If the app still stays silent, tell us your phone model, OS version and app version. You can always listen for free at stringsvibing.com/radio.
Tiny Strings Radio — does it work in the car?
Yes on Android Auto. Apple CarPlay arrives with the iOS 1.2 update, now in App Store review.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Request a refund through the App Store or Google Play; we cannot issue refunds directly.
